Cancellation policy

Cancellation and no show (not coming without cancellation) • If you are unexpectedly unable to comply with the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the released date to third parties. • In case of cancellation and no show, the contractor pays a fee to the owner. • This compensation consists of:

  1. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. For example: arrival Friday, cancellation is free of charge up to and including Tuesday.
  2. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the date of arrival, 100% of the amount is owed as compensation before the arrival date.
  3. In case of cancellation and no show on the day itself, 100% of the amount is due. • The amount due under points 2 and 3 must be transferred to the bank account number: NL77RABO0367626632 in the name of B&B De Olde Signorie. If necessary, you will receive an invoice for this. You must pay this within 14 days. • When an advance has been paid by the contractor, it will be refunded by the owner in proportion to the above.
  4. Should the invoice be paid in full and the contractor decides to cancel, the owner will refund the full amount.
