Cancellation conditions

CANCELLATION TERMS THE OLDE SIGNORIE

Plans can change. We understand that! That's why we have clear and transparent cancellation conditions.

1. Free cancellation

Did you book directly with De Olde Signorie? Then you can cancel free of charge until 11:59 PM, two calendar days before your arrival date. For example, if you arrive on Friday, you can cancel free of charge until Wednesday 11:59 PM.

2. Cancel shortly before arrival

Cancel from 00:00 on the calendar day before arrival? Then we will charge 100% of the agreed accommodation costs.

3. No show

If you do not show up on the agreed arrival date and have not cancelled, 100% of the agreed accommodation costs will be due.

4. Refund

Did you cancel within the free cancellation period? Then we will refund the amount already paid within 14 days via the original payment method. In case of a cancellation for which costs are due, we will deduct these from the amount already paid.

5. How do you cancel?

You can cancel your reservation through the booking channel you used to make the reservation or by informing us directly in writing. The moment your cancellation is received is decisive.

6. Reservations via booking platforms

Did you book through an external booking platform, such as Booking.com? Then the cancellation conditions that were agreed upon with your reservation via that platform apply.

7. Leaving early

If you decide to leave earlier during your stay, there is no automatic right to a refund for the remaining nights. Any statutory rights remain applicable.

8. Other conditions

These cancellation conditions are an addition to the general terms and conditions of De Olde Signorie. In case of any discrepancies, the specific cancellation conditions agreed upon for your reservation will prevail, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
